But eating too many wings comes with its own risks.<\/p>\n<p>Buffalo Wild Wings says a six-piece serving contains 990 milligrams of sodium: a big chunk of the 1,500 milligrams recommended daily by the American Heart Association. <\/p>\n<p>Too much salt can cause complications such as high blood pressure and clogged arteries. <\/p>\n<p>Instead, experts say to sub traditional buffalo wings for buffalo cauliflower bites. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cPairs well with bleu cheese or ranch dips. This would also make a fun addition to any vegetable crudit\u00e9 tray,\u201d Kristen Chang, a registered dietitian with the Virginia Tech Department of Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise, said.<\/p>\n<p><h2>Pizza<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p>Pizza\u2019s alluring presence is often undeniable at a party. It\u2019s quick, it\u2019s usually hot and it\u2019s darn tasty. <\/p>\n<p>But did you know a slice of take-out pizza typically has around four-to-five grams of unhealthy saturated fat?
