\n\tBefore getting their own fairy-tale ending, affianced designers Tanner Richie and Fletcher Kasell are helping others live \u201cHappy Ever After,\u201d tapping three independent Etsy sellers for an exclusive wedding capsule of the same name.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe eight-piece collection, including ties from HandsomeandLace ($100 to $150), veils from Whichgoose ($300 to $800) and customizable invitations from UTWOStudio ($15 to $35 per invite), launches online Wednesday in tandem with Tanner Fletcher\u2019s second New York Bridal Fashion Week show at St. Bartholomew\u2019s church. It will also be available two days later at the brand\u2019s first wedding expo, open to members of the public with early registration.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tAccording to Kasell, he and Ritchie are antique addicts always scouring Etsy for gems, so when the time came to start planning their nuptials, the online marketplace was a natural first stop for inspiration. \u201cThere\u2019s really two ways people can plan a wedding: either you\u2019re using a planner and kind of hands-off, or you\u2019re handcrafting everything yourself,\u201d he said. \u201cI think we really lean into that. We\u2019re really scrappy.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tIndeed, Ritchie and Kasell produce their own events, though Etsy did pitch-in for spring 2026\u2019s \u201cRe-decorating\u201d runway performance to tease their homeware collaboration. The designers ultimately wanted to repeat the project, this time slanted toward weddings, as brides and grooms account for 50 percent of Tanner Fletcher\u2019s direct-to-consumer business. \u201cIt\u2019s definitely big for us and something we want to keep investing in,\u201d noted Kasell.<\/p>\n

\n\tAs for the \u201cHappy Ever After\u201d theme, Whichgoose founder Emily Suidikas is to thank. Ritchie and Kasell had pinned her Cinderella veil embroidered with the phrase to their Etsy favorites list before reaching out with the idea to partner. Together with HandsomeandLace and UTWOStudio, the trio of makers adapted Tanner Fletcher\u2019s signature bows, rosettes and lace according to their individual specialties.<\/p>\n

\n\tThis Etsy chapter is only but a preface to the whimsical story Ritchie and Kasell are writing for the season, which hearing Kasell explain it, sounds straight out of a Walt Disney cartoon circa 1950: \u201cWe really wanted to turn the classic fairy tale into something a bit more modern.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tAsked how he and Ritchie plan to top last year\u2019s show that ended in a guerrilla marriage ceremony, he said this one will unfold \u201clike a mini ballet\u2026.I feel like the wedding segment can be a little stale, so Tanner Fletcher always likes to do something that hasn\u2019t been done before.\u201d<\/p>\n
