In several different clips captured by various people onboard the Delta flight to Orlando, Florida, the girl can be seen standing in the middle of the cabin singing the entirety of \u201cHow Far I\u2019ll Go,\u201d from Disney\u2019s animated Moana<\/em>, <\/em>into the flight crew\u2019s intercom system.<\/p>\nSome passengers can be heard quietly singing along during the impromptu performance, while others filmed themselves looking aghast.<\/p>\n
\u201cFlight got delayed and this little girl won\u2019t stop singing Moana<\/em>,\u201d read one TikTok caption. \u201cGet me off this plane.\u201d<\/p>\n\u201cThis is actually my worst nightmare and personal hell,\u201d one commenter agreed. A second labeled the scene \u201ctorture,\u201d while a third quipped that they were \u201cstill waiting for the parents\u2019 apology video.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cThe worst part is, if you\u2019re watching a movie on the plane, the movie pauses when someone makes an announcement,\u201d another noted. \u201cSo everyone was FORCED to stop what they were doing to listen to her lol.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen your flight gets delayed by 2 hours and you circle Orlando for another 2… But then a little girl sings Moana<\/em> on the crew mic and suddenly everything feels okay,\u201d a second passenger wrote. <\/p>\n\u201cShe\u2019s on key and on tempo. It could be much, much worse,\u201d someone argued in the comments.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s unknown what prompted the young girl to get up and sing for the flight, but a Delta Air Lines spokesperson told Newsweek<\/em>: \u201cWe appreciate the customer sharing her talents and apologize to our customers for the delay in their travels.\u201d<\/p>\nAccording to one TikTok user, named Stephanie, who was on the last leg of her journey home from Atlanta, Georgia, the flight was delayed for two hours due to \u201crough storms\u201d and \u201cbad weather\u201d in Orlando. <\/p>\n
\u201cWe were delayed by about almost an hour and a half, two hours to even get on the plane,\u201d she explained. \u201cSo tensions are already high. People are pissed, they\u2019ve missed connections, and some people just wanna get home.\u201d<\/p>\n
She recalled that once everyone boarded the plane, they had to sit on the tarmac for another hour, waiting for the bad weather in Orlando to pass.<\/p>\n
Describing the atmosphere on the stalled plane as \u201creally hot\u201d and \u201cpacked,\u201d the TikToker said she was anxiously awaiting an update from the crew, \u201cwhen all of a sudden [a flight attendant] shares with us that they have a sweet little girl that would love to share, or sing, a song with us.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cWe were confused,\u201d she remembered. \u201cAnd then she started singing. And I thought she was gonna sing maybe like up until the chorus part, or end at the chorus, and then we were all gonna go along our merry way. But no, she sang the whole song.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere was some scattered applause,\u201d she added. \u201cBut it was also very uncomfortable.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
