\n\tLONDON<\/strong> \u2014 The Foundation for AIDs Research, amfAR, will make its London debut on Oct. 17, coinciding with the art fair Frieze and Frieze Masters, which will run from Oct. 15 to 19.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe event will take place at the newly opened Chancery Rosewood Hotel, where the British artist Tracey Emin will be honored with the amfAR Award of Inspiration for her artistic accomplishments and efforts supporting AIDS- and HIV-related causes.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe award has previously been picked up by Richard Gere, Ava DuVernay, Cher, Miley Cyrus and Charlize Theron.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cIt is our privilege to be recognizing Dame Tracey Emin, one of Britain\u2019s most distinguished artists, at our first event in London,\u201d said Kevin Robert Frost, chief executive officer of amfAR.<\/p>\n
