There\u2019s also a feeling of club culture and diasporic traditions that coexist and feed off each other in the city,\u201d said the (La)Horde spokesperson.<\/p>\n \n\tCollaboration has been at the heart of (La)Horde and their next act is with the sculptor and stage director Th\u00e9o Mercier. He will be joining as associate artist and combining \u201chis experimentation around performance landscapes\u201d with the \u201ccreations blending exhibition and performance,\u201d according to the dance company.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cWe\u2019ve been working alongside him for more than a decade now and we come from the same communities. Th\u00e9o has this multi aspect of being a stage director and visual artist, where his shows are very ambitious and challenging in terms of production,\u201d the spokesperson said.<\/p>\n \n\tMercier\u2019s project \u201cSkinless\u201d was a standout for (La)Horde.
