\n\tShe has long been embracing energy activations, so she decided to include this idea in her spring collection for La DoubleJ, presenting a performance of the \u201cShakti,\u201d the\u00a0personified energy or power of a male deity, with a poetic homage inspired by the lineup and choreographed by Stefania Ballone of La Scala, at the brand\u2019s new headquarters in Milan. Eight dancers spun and danced wearing layered circle skirts in cotton lace underneath a printed cotton gabardine and \u00a0beaded tops. Peonies, tulips and hellebore, \u201csymbols of abundance, mystery and renewal,\u201d Martin said, were some of the motifs on the colorful prints.<\/p>\n
