The 45-year-old actor, who\u2019s been married to Dax Shepard since 2013, revealed one regret about her past during Monday\u2019s episode of her husband\u2019s podcast, Armchair Expert with Dax Shepard<\/em>. <\/p>\nDuring Bell\u2019s joint interview with her Nobody Wants This<\/em> co-star Justine Lupe, Shepard teased his wife about her previous relationships. <\/p>\n\u201cKristen is a little regretful,\u201d he said. \u201cShe was very sexually active, and she wishes she was even more sexually active.\u201d <\/p>\n
Bell then shared her regrets about not dating more people when she was young. \u201cI just wish I would have butterflied around a little more,\u201d she said. <\/p>\n

\u201cFour,\u201d she responded. \u201cAnd I just wish I maybe would have gone [to a] six.\u201d<\/p>\n
Although she may have her regrets about her dating life, Bell has continued to speak openly about how happy she is in her marriage. During an interview with E! News<\/em> in February, she called \u201cfoundational trust\u201d the secret to her and her husband’s long-lasting relationship, especially throughout their respective acting careers. <\/p>\n\u201cEven if Dax hooks up with the most beautiful person in the world at work, I know he’s committed to our family,\u201d The Good Place<\/em> star, who shares two daughters with Shepard \u2014 Lincoln, 11, and Delta, 10 \u2014 said. \u201cI know he’s coming home. I know he loves our children. I know he strives to be a great husband and father.\u201d <\/p>\nHowever, she said that if she and Shepard feel insecure about the respective, intimate scenes they film and the colleagues they work with, they talk through it. <\/p>\n
\u201cSo maybe there could be a day where I’m like, \u2018I’m actually really nervous that you spend time with that person.\u2019 And he could say, \u2018Oh, OK, let’s talk about it. What makes you nervous? What are you thinking?\u2019 We have a very open communication,\u201d Bell added. <\/p>\n
Shepard has also quipped about his wife\u2019s on-screen romance with some of her co-stars. During an episode of his podcast last year, he joked that while he and his wife have \u201cincredible chemistry,\u201d he didn\u2019t think it was as good as her chemistry with Adam Brody, who plays Bell\u2019s love interest in Nobody Wants This<\/em>. <\/p>\n\u201cMy friend… we watched that scene together, the kissing scene, which I\u2019d argue is the very best kissing scene ever, ever put on film,\u201d he said, referring to a viral episode from the first season of the Netflix series. \u201cAnd my best friend, Aaron, from childhood, he goes, \u2018Does she ever kiss you like that?\u2019 No, I didn\u2019t even know she could kiss like that.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
