The skiwear and sportswear specialist founded in 1923 in Monza, a few miles north of Milan, has opened a temporary shop inside the railway station here, mounting a 270-square-foot booth shaped as the Lagazuoi cable car, a skiing facility in Cortina d\u2019Ampezzo, the tony winter resort destination in northern Italy that will be home to the Olympics next year alongside Milan. The pop-up store will remain open until Feb. 25, covering the entire duration of the Games, which run from Feb. 6 to 22. The store will carry the Colmar Originals lifestyle division\u2019s collections introduced in 2009 to flank the brand\u2019s performancewear. To be sure, Colmar has been linked with winter sports throughout its history, having been worn by Italian ski champions over the last century, from Leo Gasperl to Zeno Col\u00f2. Colmar Originals, designed by the internal team, has over the years teamed with a roster of fashion designers, including Shayne Oliver for the A.G.E. project and, most recently, with White Mountaineering\u2019s Yosuke Aizawa. Decked in Klein blue, the pop-up features white furniture and fiery red accents \u2014 the three colors together nodding to the brand\u2019s logo.
