\n\tDUBAI BOUND:<\/strong>\u00a0Alberta Ferretti is decamping from Milan to show its fall 2026 collection in warmer climes.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe brand said Thursday it will be the guest designer of the upcoming edition of Dubai Fashion Week, running Feb. 1 to 6 at Dubai Design District.<\/p>\n

\n\tCreative director Lorenzo Serafini will unveil the new collection with a runway show staged on the opening day, marking the brand\u2019s first full-scale presentation in the Middle East. It is understood that the label will be present at Milan Fashion Week as well, with a format still to be revealed.<\/p>\n

\n\tSerafini was appointed to the creative helm of the Aeffe Group\u2019s label last year, succeeding the namesake founder of the brand and making his official debut in the new role in February this year.\u00a0It was a case of internal promotion\u00a0since Serafini first joined the group in 2014,\u00a0when Ferretti handed him the design reins of the Philosophy label. As part of the group\u2019s new strategy, the Philosophy by Lorenzo Serafini brand was integrated into the Alberta Ferretti line.<\/p>\n

Through the years, it has featured some of the fashion industry\u2019s most prominent names, including Jean Paul Gaultier, Iris van Herpen, Antonio Marras and Roberto Cavalli.\u00a0<\/p>\n
