Frederique Constant Becomes Official Timekeeper of Pro Padel League
Swiss watchmaker Frederique Constant has announced its first professional sports partnership, joining the Pro Padel League (PPL) as official timekeeper and official watch. The collaboration aligns the Geneva-based manufacturer with one of the fastest-growing sports globally.
Under the agreement, Frederique Constant will be integrated throughout PPL broadcasts and events, including branded match clocks, countdowns and other visible timing elements. A limited-edition PPL-branded Frederique Constant timepiece will also be introduced later in the year.
“Padel represents a modern convergence of competition, culture, and community,” said Mike Dorfman, chief executive officer of the PPL, via statement. “Frederique Constant’s craftsmanship and elegance perfectly mirror the sophistication and momentum of our sport.”
The partnership aims to emphasize shared values of precision and performance, according to the brand. It also broadens Frederique Constant’s exposure beyond traditional watchmaking audiences to an international fan base spanning North America and beyond.

“Our partnership with the Pro Padel League reflects Frederique Constant’s commitment to championing pursuits where skill, passion and precision converge,” said Jeffrey Cohen, president of Citizen Watch America. “The league’s dynamic energy mirrors the spirit of our manufacture, making this collaboration a natural expression of our values.”
Fans will experience the watchmaker through branded experiences and digital storytelling during PPL tournaments, featuring co-branded retail and online activations.
The 2026 PPL season will feature five events across North America, including the league’s championship, The City’s Cup Finals, set for Miami. The season opener will take place in New York from July 9 to 12.
Founded in 2023, the Pro Padel League comprises 10 teams across the United States, Canada and Mexico. Frederique Constant, established in 1988, is known for developing its own calibers and maintaining manufacturing operations in Geneva. Its partnership with the PPL signals a continued effort to expand the brand’s reach through modern sports and culture.
